Vice President Jennifer D’Angelo was also a recipient of the Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics 2023 Women in Supply Chain Award for offering invaluable expertise and resources to ensure the smooth execution of successful and timely initiatives at Catena.

We were thrilled to publish two Trends & Insights reports this year, with the first edition on transformation and the second on innovation. The report pulls together industry news and our team’s unique experience to provide insights into topics affecting supply chain-based companies. We sponsored and hosted two events with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Midwest Chapter, bringing together change management experts and practitioners to network and discuss matters impacting the industry. The first session, hosted by Change Management & Organizational Design Expert Eric Ford, focused on cultivating “best-self” practices for change leaders. The second session, hosted by Change Management Expert Iyaz Khan, focused on teaching the fundamentals of building a culture to sustain change.
Ensuring our employees have the time and resources to volunteer is crucial to Catena and what we stand for. This year, we gave back to numerous organizations, including Misericordia Heart of Mercy, Dare2Tri, Best Buddies of Illinois, Culinary Care, and more.
