• Assess current food safety, quality, and sanitation programs
• Review and enhance existing programs to mitigate future risk
• Provide support with quality audits of new partners including co-manufacturers, co-packers, and suppliers
• Lead and support preparedness for future audits such as FDA, USDA, GFSI Benchmark, and HACCP Certification
• Provide a thorough review of documentation and record management practices
• Provide post-recall and crisis management support to mitigate future risks
